24 hours left to nominate for US Watch Awards
Nominations for the biggest event in the US watch industry’s calendar will be closing in just 24 hours, with retailers encouraged to vote in supplier categories and vice versa.
Taking place at Guastavino’s in Manhattan on November 23, the US Watch Awards promises to be a celebration of the outstanding people operating day in, day out, within the US watch industry.
Those at the coalface of the US watch industry are having their say on who they believe has been the hardest-working, most impressive, or most innovative businesses throughout the past 12 months.
Wanting to be thorough without straying into an endless list of categories, the US Watch Awards team has curated a total of 18 awards, which are as follows:

Miscellaneous awards will be voted for by both brand and retails teams operating within the US market.
After the nominations process closes tomorrow, shortlists will then be announced and the industry will be given a six-week window to vote for its winners.
“The number of nominations we’ve received is nothing short of mindblowing,” said US Watch Awards CEO, Daniel Malins. “At Watch Insider we have a good idea of who the movers and shakers are in the market, but making the unique decision to put the vote out there to those in the industry has truly guaranteed optimum credibility and fairness.”
“What has struck me when speaking to retailers and brands in the trade is how significant the appetite is for the US Watch Awards, especially with ‘Insider Talks’ — an afternoon of curated panel discussions with industry leaders — taking place on the same day.
“Put simply, there’s nothing else quite like it in the US watch industry’s calendar.”
Interest in the US Watch Awards has extended beyond the deluge of interactions and nominations, as commercial partners have also voted with their feet. Jewelers for Children, eBay, and Jewelers Mutual have all become sponsors, with more to be announced in the coming weeks.
