Audemars Piguet names new North American CEO

Louis-Gabriel Fichet has been appointed the new chief executive officer of Audemars Piguet North America. 

Fichet, who previously led the luxury watch brand’s operations in France and Spain, takes the helm immediately.

He succeeds Ginny Wright, who served as the North American CEO from 2021 until June of this year. 

Fichet joined Audemars Piguet in 2020 as retail and hospitality director and was promoted to general manager for France and Spain in July 2023.

A French national, Fichet’s journey to his new role has been unconventional. Prior to his business career, he was a member of the French Equestrian Federation’s national show jumping team before a career-ending injury led him to study equine osteopathy and later enter the hotel industry.

Fichet will report directly to Audemars Piguet Global CEO Ilaria Resta.
