Back of the net! Norqain signs up for Soccer Aid

Independent Swiss watch brand Norqain will be sponsoring Soccer Aid for the second year running.

Soccer Aid is the biggest charity football match in the world, and this year represents the event’s 20th anniversary.

The brand says that its partnership with the event for the first time in 2025 led to a noticeable uplift in awareness across the UK and Ireland, and it will be hoping to build on that momentum this year.

Involving not just match day itself, but also the week of training leading up to it, the sponsorship involves branding and activations, which Norqain will be providing more details about in the coming weeks.

England football legend Gary Neville, who is a business partner of Norqain as of last year, will be at the heart of the partnership, given his skin in the game.

“Soccer Aid for UNICEF is an event that means a great deal to me personally,” Neville said. “It brings people together through football to make a genuine difference to children’s lives. Last year was a great introduction into Soccer Aid for Norqain and I’m excited to see it back there this year.”

Martyn Jenkins, managing director of NorqainUK & Ireland, added: “Our first year with Soccer Aid for UNICEF exceeded expectations. The platform gave us meaningful visibility with both consumers and our valued retail partners. Renewing the partnership demonstrates our confidence in the UK & Ireland market and our ambition to continue building long-term brand equity here.”

The renewal of this commercial collaboration reinforces Norqain’s commitment to the UK & Ireland as a key market in its global strategy.

The match itself will take place on 31 May at the London Stadium.
