Black Forest green inspires new Junghans release
Germany watchmaker Junghans has released a new version of its Meister S Automatic.
This new edition features a fir-green sunburst dial and stainless-steel bracelet. The green hue is a nod to Junghans’ Black Forest birthplace in Schramberg, Germany.
The 44mm stainless-steel case is water-resistant to 200 meters, guaranteed by a seven-fold screw-down case back and a protected screw-in crown.
Inside, the automatic Calibre J800.4 offers a 38-hour power reserve and features day-of-the-week and date displays. The domed dial, protected by an anti-reflective, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, ensures strong readability, thanks to luminous material on the hands and applied indices.
The Meister S Automatic is priced at £1,940.
