Bulova pays homage to legendary car designer with new launch
Bulova has expanded its partnership with iconic American car designer Carroll Shelby with the release of the Shelby Racer Chronograph.
This limited edition watch is inspired by the 50th Anniversary Aluminium Edition Daytona Coupe, borrowing heavily from the legendary race car’s styling.
It features a mirror-polished dial that evokes the car’s aluminium body, while dashboard-gauge-inspired chronograph subdials and a split-finish stainless steel bracelet mimic Shelby’s double racing stripes.
The glass caseback displays both the Bulova and Daytona Coupe logos, while Bulova’s proprietary 262kHz high-precision quartz movement powers the chronograph.
Packaged in a custom presentation box, the watch comes with an interchangeable brown padded leather strap and a Shelby Racer model car.
The Bulova Limited Edition Shelby Racer is priced at £995 / $1,425.
