Careers at Fears go into overdrive with latest recruitment push
Fears is currently recruiting for three roles across its business, a sign of its continued growth.
The Bristol-based brand, which will be in NYC this week for the Time + Tide British Watchmakers’ event, needs fresh faces for three different facets of the business.
The job roles and descriptions are as follows:
Watchmaker
We are looking for a committed and passionate Watchmaker with an eye for quality to join. Fears as part of the Operations Department. This role reports to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for assembling and servicing our watches. Other responsibilities include assisting with new product research and development, running and maintaining the workshop and build kit preparation.

Design Assistant (Junior Designer)
The Design Assistant will be primarily expected to create branded assets and ephemera under. the direction of the Design Manager. The role will involve managing several projects at once and the Design Assistant will be expected to self-organise their workload.

Marketing Assistant
This role of Marketing Assistant involves supporting the Marketing Manager in all areas.Marketing helps bring the Fears brand to life across digital platforms, printed materials, product launches, and in-person activations. From social media content. and website updates to managing press outreach and supporting retail and event marketing, no two days will be the same.
