Czapek collaborates with Bucherer on new limited edition piece
Independent Swiss watch brand Czapek has teamed up with international watch and jewellery retailer Bucherer to produce the limited edition Antarctique Secret Reef.
Just 18 pieces will be made available worldwide, all exclusively through selected Bucherer boutiques.
The headline is the watch’s striking dial, which is crafted from natural blue chrysocolla, a mineral that displays shifting tones of deep blue and luminous turquoise designed to evoke the ecosystems of coral reefs. Each dial is unique due to the natural variations in the gemstone.
Housed within a 40.5 mm stainless steel case measuring 10.6 mm thick, the watch is powered by Czapek’s proprietary in-house SXH5 automatic movement, visible through the sapphire caseback.
Water-resistant to 12 ATM, it comes fitted on an integrated steel bracelet with an easy-release system and micro-adjustment, accompanied by an additional rubber strap.
The Antarctique Secret Reef is priced at £28,300 (inc. tax) / $35,100 (excl. tax).
