Day’s Jewelers scoops hat-trick of ‘Best Places to Work’ awards
Day’s Jewelers, the chain of jewelers that operates primarily in Maine and New Hampshire, New England, has taken home three ‘Best Places to Work’ awards.
The awards, which are managed by Best Companies Group, are designed to identify, recognize, and honor the top employers across various regions, industries, and national levels.
It was acknowledged as one of the ‘Best Places to Work in Maine,’ ‘Best Places to Work in New Hampshire,’ and ‘Best Places to Work for Women.’
“Being recognized as a Best Place to Work in Maine, New Hampshire, and for women is especially meaningful because these honors reflect the voices and experiences of our employees and the culture we have intentionally built together,” said the company’s vice president of human resources, Bobbi Avery.
Since 2021 Day’s Jewelers, which stocks the likes of Citizen, Bulova, Movado, and Shinola, has been employee-owned, meaning team members hold a direct stake in the company’s performance.
