DOXA brings Grade 5 titanium back with new SUB 300 Ti5
With the launch of the SUB 300 Ti5, DOXA has incorporated Grade 5 titanium back into its permanent collection.
Nearly 60 years after the original SUB 300 was introduced in 1967, the new collection, which features seven variations, combines the familiar design and diving credentials of the model with a Grade 5 titanium case, crown and screw-in caseback.
Around 40% lighter than stainless steel while offering greater mechanical strength, the SUB 300 Ti5 remains water-resistant to 300 metres and retains DOXA’s patented unidirectional rotating bezel.
A domed, anti-reflective glass-box sapphire crystal sits above the dial, with all dive-related indications coated in Super-LumiNova. The oversized DOXA orange minute hand also remains as an immediate visual reference.
Powering the watches is a COSC-certified Swiss automatic movement operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, delivering approximately 38 hours of power reserve.
The collection includes DOXA’s established Professional orange, Sharkhunter black, Caribbean blue and Redcoral cherry red colourways, alongside two Whitepearl versions.
All models are fitted with woven-texture Dive Flex rubber straps, completing what DOXA describes as an evolution of the SUB 300 that retains the fundamentals of the original dive watch.
The DOXA SUB 300 Ti5 is priced from £2,750 in the UK for the Professional, Sharkhunter, Caribbean and Redcoral models, rising to £2,850 for the Whitepearl. US pricing starts at $3,190.
