Doxa teams up with the great white shark
Doxa has unveiled its latest collaboration with California’s Topper Jewelry, the limited SUB 250T GMT ‘Great White’ Topper Edition.
Like its 2024 predecessor, it has been inspired by the great white shark, and a portion of the proceeds of every watch sold will be donated to the Greater Farallones Association, a nonprofit that aims to restore coastal habitats and protect marine life in the Greater Farallones National Marine Sanctuary, an area of 3,295 square miles off the northern and central California coast.
The ‘Great White’ Topper Edition is built around the Doxa SUB 250T GMT platform introduced at Geneva Watch Week 2025. It’s powered by a Swiss-made automatic movement which retains the ability to track two time zones simultaneously.
Also present in the model is Doxa’s signature unidirectional rotating bezel, with its deep sawtooth edges and dual engravings, enabling a diver to calculate both elapsed dive time and “no-stop” decompression dive times in accordance with US Navy diving tables.
The palette of the Doxa SUB 250T GMT ‘Great White’ Topper Edition evokes the navy blue of the Pacific Ocean, as well as the white of the predators that inspired the watch. There’s also a custom engraving on the caseback that depicts the San Francisco Bay Area. And like its 2024 predecessor, the high-contrast dial of the SUB is fully luminous underwater, glowing bright blue in low light.
Limited to 100 numbered pieces, the watch is priced at $2,990.
