Fears partners with watch journalist for limited edition launch
British watch brand Fears has unveiled the Brunswick 40.5 Jump Hour ‘Ultimus,’ marking the final edition of its Jump Hour line.
Created in collaboration with watch journalist Andrew Morgan, the limited edition model will be sold exclusively during a one-week ordering window from August 10–17.
Combining Art Deco-inspired cushion case design with modern materials, the ‘Ultimus’ features a translucent dial layout using three sapphire elements to expose the jumping hour mechanism beneath.
The display includes a central luminous ceramic disc with a blue glow for low-light legibility, a frosted semi-transparent minute track, and an integrated hour-magnifying window at 12 o’clock.
The watch’s movement is the Swiss-made Sellita SW200 fitted with a Christopher Ward JJ01 jumping hour module, offering a 38-hour power reserve.
The 40.5 mm stainless steel case comes on an Obsidian Black Epsom calf leather strap, with the option of a matching 5-link stainless steel bracelet.
The ‘Ultimus’ is priced at £4,450 / $4,600 on a leather strap and £4,750 / $4,950 on the bracelet.
