Hodinkee and Doxa collaborate on new army watch
Media platform Hodinkee and Swiss watch brand Doxa have teamed up to launch a 250-piece SUB Army 200T Limited Edition watch.
In the first ever collaboration between the two companies, the new release scales down DOXA’s historic military ‘Army’ aesthetic into a compact 39 mm SUB 200T case.
Swapping out stark black accents for softer tones, the watch features a textured sand dial, a graphic checkerboard track, and ‘Hodinkee Grey’ details on the date wheel and aluminum countdown bezel.
Built in 316L stainless steel, the aforementioned 39 mm case measures 10.70 mm thick with an 18 mm lug width, omitting a helium escape valve to keep the profile slim while offering 200 m water resistance.
Powered by a Swiss automatic movement operating at 28,800 vph with a 38-hour power reserve, the watch comes with both a tan rubber strap and an additional grey NATO strap.
Available exclusively via Hodinkee’s owner, Watches of Switzerland, the SUB Army 200T Limited Edition is priced at $2,000.
