Hublot lights up Vice City

Luxury Swiss watchmaker Hublot bookended the 20th anniversary of its famous Big Bang watch with a takeover of Miami Art Week. 

Held at the Basement at The Miami Beach EDITION, the event’s centerpiece was a performance by rapper 50 Cent, who debuted a bespoke Hublot timepiece. The watch was custom-designed with unique colors honoring his character Balrog in the upcoming 2026 Street Fighter film. 

The event served as the launchpad for the Big Bang Street Art Collection, a limited-edition series reflecting Hublot’s “Art of Fusion” philosophy. The cases are crafted from matte-finished, cracked composite concrete to mimic urban murals, while vivid painting and UV-reactive luminova accents ensure the watches glow under blacklight.

The Big Bang Street Art Collection watch is powered by the in-house Meca-10 movement, known for its distinctive construction-toy aesthetic and a massive 10-day power reserve.
