Inhorgenta reports increased international interest in 2027 show

Watch and jewellery trade show Inhorgenta says that it is set for a bumper 2027 edition, with bookings and interest up compared with the same time last year.

The show’s organisers Messe München GmbH pointed in particular to stronger interest internationally, naming France, Italy, Spain, and the USA, among others.

Registered exhibitors are up 5.1% and booked exhibition space is up 7.4% versus the same period in 2025, it claimed.

The 2027 edition of Inhorgenta will be the event’s 53rd, and will take place from 19–22 February 2027 at the Messe München exhibition centre on the east side of Munich.

“The continued growth in registrations confirms the strong confidence the industry has in Inhorgenta,” said Stefanie Mändlein, the fair’s exhibition director. “We are particularly pleased with the high quality and international diversity of our exhibitor portfolio.

“Our clear goal is to continuously develop Inhorgenta as an international platform for personal exchange, new business opportunities, and long-term partnerships.”

2027 will see a combination of brands making their Inhorgenta debuts (including U-Boat), and those established exhibitors, such as Casio, Fossil Group, and Festina.

Messe München GmbH will be hoping to over-deliver with its 53rd edition, given the recently announced new threat of the revival (of sorts) of Baselworld, under the new name of Basilia.

The organisers of Basilia have specifically identified mid-market watch and jewellery brands as being their main targets for exhibition space, which are exactly the type of companies that are Inhorgenta’s bread and butter.
