Luxury jeweler London Jewelers, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, is on the look out for a Repair Coordinator at its Americana Manhasset store.
Ever since its launch 100 years ago in Glen Cove, London Jewelers has set the standards for service excellence and expertise among US watch retailers.

Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary liaison between customers, sales associates and repair team.
- Processes customer jewelry and watch repairs; works with vendors regarding repair issues.
- Communicates instructions for servicing and enters information into the POS system; evaluates items condition and clearly identifies necessary repairs.
- Maintains organized inventory repair reports and reviews repair tickets for correct invoicing
Qualifications/Experience:
- Strong customer service and computer skills.
- Knowledge of watches and basic jewelry metals, gemstones, etc.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, weekends and holidays
Job Type:
- Full-time
Salary:
- $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience).
