JOB OF THE DAY: Sales associate at Christopher Ward in NoVa
British watch brand Christopher Ward is expanding its team in its Falls Church, Northern Virginia showroom.
The role is for a sales associate in the store that the company opened just last September, with the team ready for expansion already.
“The US is our fastest-growing market, with sales increasing 66% last year alone,” said Mike France, CEO and co-founder of Christopher Ward. “Northern Virginia represents a pivotal moment for us: it is not just another showroom, but brick and mortar presence in one of the world’s most influential luxury districts.
“Following the success of our Dallas launch, we are confident that Falls Church will play a major role in building long-term growth and deepening our direct connections with American customers.”
Meanwhile, Michael Pearson, North American brand director, added: “NoVa has one of the most passionate and knowledgeable watch communities anywhere in the world. Many of them have supported us from the very beginning, and it’s an honor to finally give them a permanent Christopher Ward home in Northern Virginia.
