JOB OF THE DAY: Sales Associate at Hettich Jewellers

Founded in 1900, Hettich Jewellers is an independent, family-run luxury watch and jewellery retailer located in St Helier, Jersey.

What you’ll do:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them in finding the perfect timepiece or jewellery.
Provide product knowledge and educate customers on the unique features and craftsmanship of our watches and jewellery.
Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing display of products.
Build lasting relationships with customers, fostering a loyal customer base.
Attend exclusive brand training sessions in London, Switzerland and online.
Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to provide informed recommendations.

Who you are:

Have previous experience in retail sales, particularly in watches and jewellery although not mandatory, or come from a sales or hospitality background.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Have a passion for luxury watches and jewellery.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have attention to detail, and a keen sense of aesthetics.
Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
