L. Leroy to launch extraordinary new Vox Temporis at GWD
Historic watch brand L. Leroy will be marking its 240th anniversary with the release of the new Vox Temporis at Geneva Watch Days next week.
Latin for “The Voice of Time,” the watch blends minimalist design with high complication, with highlights including a stationary, arrow-shaped hour hand with the dial itself rotating underneath.
Minutes and quarter-hours are not visually displayed — instead, they are chimed on-demand via a minute repeater mechanism activated by a slide on the case.
Powered by the hand-wound proprietary calibre L601SQR, the 321-component movement combines a minute repeater with a hidden flying tourbillon, offering a 90-hour power reserve.
The 43 mm Officer-style case is available in 18K 5N red gold, platinum, or grade 5 titanium, complete with a hinged protective case back.
Only 15 pieces of the Vox Temporis across all iterations will be available worldwide.
