London Jewelers congratulates Knicks on historic NBA win

Manhasset-based luxury watch retailer London Jewelers has publicly praised the New York Knicks for winning the NBA Championship for the first time in 53 years.

The Knicks clinched the best-of-seven series 4-1, recovering from a double-figure deficit in all four victories to lift the trophy for the first time since 1973.

“What an incredible season. Thank you for bringing another championship to New York,” said London Jewelers, which is celebrating 100 years in business this year.

The company’s chief operating officer, Olivier Nourani, went further on LinkedIn: “Congratulations to the New York Knicks on winning the 2026 National Basketball Association (NBA) Finals, a championship built on resilience, teamwork, and the unmistakable spirit of this city.”

“The Knicks’ determination throughout the season reflects the same grit, passion, and pride that define what it means to be a New Yorker. A championship for the team, for the city, and for every New Yorker who never stopped believing.
