Managerial merry-go-round at new ‘House of Brands’

The recently re-branded ‘House of Brands,’ which includes Breitling, Universal Genève, and Gallet in its portfolio, has reshuffled its management team.

The new Breitling CEO has been announced as former Panerai and Roger Dubuis CEO, Jean-Marc Pontroué.

Meanwhile, Gallet is gearing up for its re-launch at the end of August by appointing Erwan Rossigno as its new managing director. Rossigno has been with Breitling as its global wholesale director since August 2023.

And Universal Genève has promoted Grégory Bruttin, who’s been with the brand since 2024.

In the States, Antoine Loron assumes the position of president of Breitling USA and Canada, while also joining the executive leadership board of Breitling. The man he replaces as president, Thierry Prissert, remains part of the company’s furniture and will work on integrating the new stable of brands into the American market.

“We have decided to further strengthen our executive leadership team and organization to drive continuous strong development of all three brands,” said Georges Kern, CEO of House of Brands.

“Together with our excellent current executive leadership team, we are well positioned to develop the full potential of our House of Brands.”

The changes come into effect from next month, and Kern will be hoping that it represents the start of an exciting new chapter for the company, which was conspicuous by its absence at last week’s Watches and Wonders.
