Mondaine develops fan favourite
Mondaine has expanded its Swiss Made Classic Collection, adding the Day Date model in 40mm.
The larger format has been designed to enhance legibility and everyday functionality with a white dial and bold black hour and minute markers.
Mondaine’s iconic red seconds hand, inspired by the official Swiss railway station clock, features alongside the newly introduced day and date windows at 3 o’clock.
A 20mm wide plant based grape leather strap is paired with the 40mm recycled stainless steel case, housing a Swiss quartz movement.
The brand’s popular Classic Collection dates back to 1986, when it first made the official Swiss railway station clock available as a wristwatch.
