New tenants and expansions at Lakeside shopping centre

West Thurrock’s Lakeside shopping centre has signed up a raft of new tenants, including Ernest Jones, Browns Jewellers, and Diamonds Factory.

Operated by SGS UK Retail, the out-of-town shopping complex has also secured an upsizing by Beaverbrooks from its current position.

Ernest Jones has also signed for a 1,310 sq ft space on Level 2, Browns Jewellers has agreed to a 469 sq ft space on Level 2, while Diamonds Factory will be taking a 790 sq ft unit on level 1.

Meanwhile, Beaverbrooks will settle into a key corner, injecting £650,000 into the centre. The new 2,477 sq ft space represents an increase of 34%, and will feature brands like TAG Heuer and Gucci.
