No Fears as British brand unleashes first high-complication watch

British watch brand Fears has launched the Brunswick 39 Perpetual Calendar, its first high-complication timepiece in 180 years.

Marking a decade since the brand’s 2016 revival, the non-limited watch features a 39 mm cushion-shaped stainless steel case measuring 9.4 mm thick — the slimmest Brunswick model to date.

It introduces a new case architecture with wide polished bevels, integrated corrector pushers, and a moonphase display at the 6 o’clock position.

Powered by a modified Dubois Dépraz calibre 55115 automatic movement with a solid 18ct gold rotor, the watch tracks hours, minutes, day, date, month, and the leap year cycle accurately until 2100.

Joining the brand’s new ‘Eminence Collection,’ the watch comes on a handmade walnut brown ostrich foot strap.

Available to purchase through the Fears website and global stockists, the Brunswick 39 Perpetual Calendar is priced at £26,950 / $28,500 (ex. tax).
