Nomadic Watches a double winner at the Irish eCommerce Awards

Belfast-based independent watch brand Nomadic Watches scooped two gongs at the Irish eCommerce Awards on 18 September. 

Taking home the Best Fashion Website and Entrepreneur of the Year trophies, the brand’s owner, Peter McAuley, was keen to deflect the credit away from himself and onto his team.

“We’re on a mission to put Belfast on the map for watchmaking,” he posted. “I might come up with a vision, but it’s the incredible team behind Nomadic Watches that’s driving the execution.

The Irish eCommerce Awards are an annual celebration recognising achievement across the online retail and digital commerce sector on the island of Ireland. 

Nomadic Watches has also made it as a finalist in the ‘Watch Brand of the Year — Affordable Luxury’ category at the hugely anticipated UK Watch Awards, which takes place on 20 October at Goldsmiths’ Hall.
