Norqain launches first NHL watch

Fresh from its announcement as a sponsor of the NHL, independent Swiss watchmaker Norqain has launched the Adventure Chrono 41mm NHL Limited Edition.

Former NHL All-Star Mark Streit, who is co-founder of Norqain, has spent years bringing the brand closer to the world of hockey, and this chronograph is designed to mirror the energy and precision of ice hockey.

The sport can be seen all over the watch, starting with a bespoke white finish mimicking a rink’s surface. Meanwhile, a small seconds counter at 9 o’clock features rotating crossed sticks.

A subtle National Hockey logo sits at 6 o’clock, as well as on the open caseback, while the black rubber strap and the collector’s box both have genuine hockey puck material incorporated into them.

“This is a really proud moment for our family-owned independent company, Norqain’s Ben Küffer said. “It’s been incredible working together with our friends at the NHL on this watch and Mark and I are extremely honoured to be presenting it in Tampa during the 2026 NHL Stadium Series.”

The NHL’s senior vice president Kyle McMann said: “Sharing this very special moment with Norqainis a real milestone for us here at the NHL. Norqain is our first Official Luxury Watch partner and we’re already seeing the benefits of Ben and Mark’s passion for our sport, teams, players, and loyal fanbase.”

Limited to 1,917 pieces (the year that the NHL was founded), and priced from £4,375, the watch debuted on January 31 at the NHL Stadium series in Tampa, Florida.
