Northern Ireland’s Lunn’s shortlisted for Family Business of the Year
Northern Irish jeweller Lunn’s has been named as a finalist in the Family Business of the Year category at the British Business Awards.
The awards acknowledge “distinguished businesses for their achievements in innovation, leadership, ESG impact, and commercial success.”
They will take place at the EICC in Edinburgh later today, with 200 of the UK’s leading businesses under one roof, representing an expected £200 billion in turnover, according to the organisers.
As well as handing out gongs, the night will also be a chance for attendees to hear from George Clooney, who will have a fireside chat about his career and charitable efforts, as well as a keynote address from the British Business Awards patron Sir Bob Geldof.
“A very proud moment for us all at Lunn’s as we look forward to the British Business Awards,” Lunn’s managing director John Lunn posted on LinkedIn.
It follows John Lunn being shortlisted for EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year Ireland 2026 earlier this month.
All eyes will be on the UK Watch Awards on 20 October to see if Lunn’s maintains its streak.
