Northern Irish Nomadic upgrades its flagship collection
Belfast-based independent Nomadic Watches has launched an update to its flagship dive watch, the Maraí 401.
The collection draws its name from the Irish word for “seafarer,” while the “401” nods to the hull number of the Belfast-built Titanic.
This latest iteration introduces a new compact case size, and a newly released Sellita SW200-2 automatic movement, which has an improved automatic winding system and boosts the power reserve to 65 hours — a 24-hour increase over the previous version.
On the dial, the face is upgraded to a full 12-indices layout with a new signature font marker at 12 o’clock, while a permanent date window has been integrated at 6 o’clock.
Alongside the standard 40 mm model, the brand has introduced the Maraí 401 Compact, which is 36 mm and comes with an exclusive white dial colourway.
The 2026 Maraí 401 line-up is available across nine colourways, including: Navigator White, Emerald Abyss, Deep Ocean Blue, Pitch Black, Crimson Dawn, Classic Black and Gold, Blackout, the Prestige Classic Black and Gold, and the Compact Prestige White.
