Obrist Baltimore team celebrates Display Craft Manufacturing deal
Display Craft Manufacturing Co. has become Obrist Manufacturing Inc as part of a new deal between the companies.
The companies say it is a new chapter for the businesses and reference how they have a strong foundation to build on.
Taking to LinkedIn to share the news, the Swiss-based company stated: “Following the acquisition of Display Craft Manufacturing Co. earlier this year, our U.S. production site in Baltimore, Maryland, is now operating under the name Obrist Manufacturing Inc.”
Adding: “While the name has changed, what makes the site strong remains: more than 75 years of manufacturing experience, craftsmanship, and an established local team. Now under the Obrist name, these strengths come together with our international expertise and global network.
“This important milestone called for a celebration with our team in Baltimore, and we’re excited about what lies ahead.”
