Oris hunts down sustainable solution

Oris has again teamed up with Swiss deer leather specialists Cervo Volante to produce the Oris x Cervo Volante.

Cervo Volante specialises in sourcing sustainable and tanned deer leather, using the hides of deer who have been culled for ecological reasons, which would otherwise be thrown away.

The watch, which is based on the Oris Big Crown Pointer Date, comes with a burnt maple gradient dial, and is set on a mahogany brown Cervo Volante deer leather strap.

Inside the watch, the Calibre 754 Swiss Made mechanical movement powers the pointer date hand complication, tipped in a calming forest green.”

The Oris x Cervo Volante is priced at £1,900.
