Oris updates its Hölstein Edition for 122nd birthday
Swiss watch brand Oris is celebrating its 122nd birthday with the launch of the 2026 iteration of its Hölstein Edition.
The brand releases a new version of this watch annually on 1 June to mark the inception of the company back in 1904.
The design is based on the Artelier silhouette that debuted at April’s Watches and Wonders, featuring a 39.5 mm stainless steel case paired with a grey suede strap.
“The value in all of this is deliberately and entirely emotional,” said Oris CEO Rolf Studer. “The idea is always to have a watch that becomes a talking piece.”
One of the standout features of the watch is the fully mirrored backdrop inside the small seconds counter, contrasted by a red hand. This all sits within a soft grey dial.
Powering the watch is an in-house Calibre 400 Series movement, which is anti-magnetic and boasts a 120-hour power reserve with accuracy of -3/+5 seconds a day.
Limited to just 250 pieces, the Hölstein Edition 2026 is priced at CHF 3,800.
