Panerai blends military design with top dive specs for latest launch
Panerai has launched the Luminor Marina PAM01707, fusing the brand’s 1960s military design with high-tech material engineering.
The signature 44 mm cushion case is made of compressed carbon fibre and PEEK polymer, offering a unique marbled aesthetic while remaining durable — it is 80% lighter than steel and 64% lighter than titanium.
A matte black sandwich dial omits the date and features beige Super-LumiNova® (glowing green in dark conditions) and a small seconds sub-dial at 9 o’clock.
The in-house P.9010 Calibre automatic movement has a 3-day power reserve, quick time-adjustment, and stop-seconds functionality.
Water-resistant to 300 metres (30 bar), the watch is fitted with a brown vintage calf leather strap, with an additional black rubber strap included too.
The Panerai Luminor Marina PAM01707 is priced at £13,100 / $15,600.
