Panerai brings its diving watch back to basics
Panerai has unveiled its first 44 mm Submersible model to feature an integrated metal bracelet.
The Submersible PAM01756 harks back to earlier design cues from the brand, keeping the high-contrast, black sun-brushed dial entirely focused on maximising legibility.
This emphasis on legibility is seen with the white Super-LumiNova® application that glows green for hour markers and blue for the minute hand and bezel dot.
The watch’s 44 mm brushed steel case paired with a highly scratch-resistant, polished blue ceramic unidirectional rotating bezel.
“The new Submersible PAM01756 is a contemporary tool watch that embodies our core philosophy, where every design choice serves a functional purpose, ensuring uncompromising performance and reliability”, said Alessandro Ficarelli, chief marketing and heritage officer at Panerai.
“This launch is significant as it introduces, for the very first time, a metal bracelet to a Submersible in our iconic 44 mm case — a size that truly resonates with our community.”
Water resistant up to 50 bar (~500 metres), the Submersible PAM01756 is powered by the automatic P.980 calibre, which features a 3-day power reserve.
