ProTek releases larger Series 4000 Aggressor collection

ProTek has released four new 45 mm models as part of its Series 4000 Aggressor collection.

After consumer feedback that requested a larger size, the 45 mm case expands on the previous 42 mm ProTek dive watches.

The new models’ larger tritium tubes act as indices for the hour markers, with self-powered tritium illumination that glows for 25 years.

The new Aggressor dive watch series features rubber straps with easy on and off quick release spring pins for fast strap changes.

The watches are water resistant in depths up to 300 meters.

“The entire Protek brand was conceived and designed in collaboration with the same designer I worked with for decades at my former brand,” said Barry Cohen, managing partner of Time Concepts, parent company of the ProTek brand.

“The newest models still feature our ‘facets’ design language, and the new larger watches retained our clean, uncluttered aesthetic for classic, timeless design that will always be in style.”

The timepieces come in different dial colors, including blue, yellow, orange, and black.

With this addition, the full line now consists of 11 series and 57 models, with cases made of carbon, steel, or titanium, and a variety of straps that include genuine rubber, waterproof Italian leather, and solid link bracelets in steel or titanium, all running on Japanese movements in quartz or automatic.

The newest Aggressor pieces all use Citizen Miyota quartz movements, and retail at around $575.
