Ralph Lauren releases new 888 watch

Ralph Lauren have announced a new 888 38mm watch, reimagining the collection.

With a 38mm polished stainless steel case, the timepiece features a white lacquered  and polished dial and refined Breguet hands.

The stainless steel theme continues on its bracelet designed for comfort. It is powered by a quartz movement and has water resistance up to 30 metres.

The piece is finished with printed Roman and Arabic numerals intended to embody Ralph Lauren’s watchmaking philosophy: a clean design paired with technical execution.

The watch is named after its flagship store at 888 Madison Avenue in New York and is the first new watch in the line since last year.

This release also coincides with the ten year anniversary of the original RL888 watch line that was launched in 2016 to celebrate the Manhattan store.

The watch will be available in select boutiques and retailers worldwide from April, and will retail for £1,400.
