Reeds Jewelers ranked number one online jeweler
Product and service review website Top Consumer Reviews has awarded Reeds Jewelers the title of Best Place to Shop for Jewelry Online.
It ranked 12 different retailers, based on criteria ranging from the user interface, to average reviews and ratings, and price competitiveness.
In particular, it praised Reeds for its extensive inventory, and the fact that it “offers a 30-day return policy for a full refund and for exchanges.”
And it really enjoyed the jeweler’s online virtual ‘try it on’ feature. “You can either scan the QR code or upload a photo of your hand (or neck, or wrist, or ears…) and see how it might look.
“We also appreciate that there’s a generic image you can use, and that there’s a slider to change the skin tone. There are plenty of other details you can consider too, from a description to the exact specifications.”
