REEDS University training series kicks off in North Carolina
REEDS Jewelers has kickstarted its REEDS University training series in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The program consists of six workshops across the States this summer, with the aim of upskilling REEDS’ staff.
“This week, I had the privilege of partnering with an amazing leadership team to kick off our 2026 REEDS University training series in Raleigh, North Carolina,” said Desiree Maynes, manager of learning and development, on LinkedIn. Over the course of the summer, we’ll host six workshops across the United States, bringing together talented associates from across our organization to learn, collaborate, and grow.
“Watching ideas come to life, seeing confidence build, and hearing the conversations that happened both inside and outside the classroom was a powerful reminder that investing in people is always worth it,” Maynes continued.
“At REEDS Jewelers, we are committed to investing in the incredible talent within our organization because we know our people are our greatest competitive advantage. Professional development isn’t just something we do, it’s part of who we are.
“By continually investing in our associates, we’re building one of the most knowledgeable, passionate, and talented teams in the fine jewelry industry,” she concluded.
