Retail jeweler adds 12th Connecticut location with store opening

Family-owned Connecticut jewelry retailer Michaels Estate Jewelers officially opened its latest store on Friday in Avon Village Center.

Based at 25 Climax Road, the new shop will serve as a buying center where customers can receive evaluations and immediate payment for gold, diamonds, luxury watches, and estate jewelry, in addition to retail sales.

It means that Michaels Jewelers now has a footprint of 12 retail locations and two buying centers across the state of Connecticut.
