Roisin Hurley‑Gondim confirmed as speaker for Retail Congress
The National Association of Jewellers has confirmed that Roisin Hurley-Gondim, former global director of retail excellence at Burberry, will speak at Retail Congress 2026.
With more than 25 years of international retail experience, Roisin Hurley‑Gondim has built a career driving sales, developing training programmes, and elevating service standards across global luxury brands.
As the previous global director of retail excellence at Burberry, she influenced performance and culture across more than 400 stores worldwide.
At Retail Congress 2026, Hurley-Gondim’s session will explore the importance of providing ‘on the spot’ feedback to drive retail performance, alongside what it means to be client‑centric in today’s competitive environment.
