Squale teams up with marine engineering firm for second collab
Independent Swiss watch brand Squale has teamed up with internationally renowned marine engineering and defense firm Drass Galeazzi to create the Centennial Artiglio.
This 500-piece limited edition celebrates 100 years since Roberto Galeazzi’s landmark 1926 patent for pressure-resistant spherical diving technology.
The Pantone 295U blue dial features a vintage-inspired ‘Wet Indicator’ internal humidity-detection disc that changes colour if water enters the case.
The Drass Galeazzi diving helmet logo is screen-printed on the inner surface of the flat sapphire crystal, creating a floating effect.
Crafted from brushed 316L stainless steel with polished bevels, the case measures 39.5 mm in diameter and 12.6 mm thick, offering water resistance of 600 metres.
The watch is powered by the automatic ETA 2824-2 (Elaboré grade) with a 42-hour power reserve, and comes paired with a vintage sand-coloured microfibre strap alongside an extra Pantone 295U blue mosaic-pattern rubber strap.
The Centennial Artiglio is available at authorised dealers and is priced at £1,595 / $1,990.
