Swatch Group relocates its London HQ

Swiss watch manufacturing Swatch Group has signed a lease for new London headquarters in Canary Wharf.

Relocating from its current premises next to London City Airport, the company will be moving into a 9,500 sq ft space at Canary Wharf office complex Sierra Quebec Bravo (SQB).

The new office will aim to embrace a modern approach to office space, meaning fewer corporate desks and more amenities and luxury touches.

The Swatch Group has agreed a five-year lease for Cat A+ space on Level 12, with General Projects to undertake a fit-out ahead of the move.

The move is likely to be welcomed by the majority of Swatch Group staff and visitors, as its Dockside Road address had caused more than a few commuting headaches over the years.
