Wakefields shows its community credentials with coastline tidy up
Horsham-based Wakefields Jewellers has been helping the local community and environment by conducting a clean-up of the coastline.
In the ongoing warmth of the English summer, the Wakefields team spent the day picking up an extraordinary 113kg of litter, industrial fishing equipment, and micro-plastics along the beach.
“Every bag filled is a reminder that collective action can make a real difference,” the company said on LinkedIn. “We’re proud to play our part in preserving the places we all love, for today and for generations to come.”
Wakefields recently announced the expansion of its store into its neighbouring property on West Street, due for completion in 2027.
