Watches of Switzerland appoints new non-exec director

Watches of Switzerland Group has announced the appointment of Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson as a non-executive director.

Edgecliffe-Johnson is currently serving as chief financial officer at Rentokil Initial plc, a hygiene and pestol control company.

He will join Watches of Switzerland’s  Audit & Risk Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and ESG Committee, assuming  the role of chair of the Audit & Risk Committee on March 1.

The Group’s chairman, Ian Carter, said: “Paul has extensive experience in both the luxury consumer segment and the US market. His breadth and wealth of experience will be a valuable addition to the Board.”
