Watches of Switzerland Group does its bit for Manchester families

The Watches of Switzerland Group has been at its philanthropic best in Manchester by supporting Manchester Central Foodbank through regular community food drives.

Its teams from Manchester and Trafford have helped collect over 3,000kg of food in the past 11 months, providing the equivalent of 4,000 meals for local people and families.

“Our latest collection was another fantastic example of what can be achieved when great people come together,” the company posted. “A huge thank you to the team at Manchester Central Foodbank, our colleagues Lorraine Jones, Francesca Glynn, Pamela Binns, and our partners at Tesco Gorton, particularly Helen Harrison and Liz Moore, for their support.

“While the impact can be measured in meals and donations, it’s also about the kindness, generosity and community spirit shown every step of the way,” it continued.

“Thank you to everyone involved for helping us continue to care for our communities.”
