Work commences on new Rolex boutique in Nottingham

Work has begun on the new Rolex boutique in Nottingham, which will be operated by Goldsmiths.

Approval was given to the plans for 44 Bridlesmith Gate earlier in the year, and fit-out works commended earlier this week.

FHP Property Consultants has put the letting deal together, and its director Jack Shakespeare said: “This is a hugely significant transaction for both our client and Nottingham city centre. Securing Rolex and Goldsmiths demonstrates the continued appeal of the very best retail locations and highlights the confidence that major international brands have in Nottingham.

“Bridlesmith Gate has long been recognised as the city’s premium retail pitch and, despite some turbulent years, this letting further strengthens its position.”

The new store is scheduled to be fully open in time for Christmas 2026.
