Zenith brings high-frequency El Primero to new Chronomaster Solo Sport
Zenith has released the Chronomaster Solo Sport, a new three-hand model that the brand says brings the character of the El Primero into a simpler, everyday format.
In a 40mm stainless-steel case with a ceramic unidirectional rotating bezel, screw-down crown and crown guards, the new model is water resistant to 20 ATM.
Powered by the El Primero 3620 calibre, derived from the El Primero 3600 chronograph movement, it runs at 5 Hz, or 36,000 vph, and offers a 60-hour power reserve.
The ceramic dial features a repeated 45-degree Z motif designed to evoke the movement’s high-frequency rhythm.
The Chronomaster Solo Sport is fitted to a three-link stainless-steel bracelet with Zenith’s Zenclasp folding clasp and integrated tool-free micro-adjustment.
Three date versions are available in black, white and brown, while the black model is also offered without a date.
The Chronomaster Solo Sport was unveiled at Geneva Watch Days 2026 and is available through Zenith boutiques, online and authorised retailers.
It is priced at £8,700 / $9,800 for the black no-date model, while the black, white and brown date versions are priced at £9,700 / $10,900.
At LVMH Watch Week earlier this year, Zenith headlined the event with its Defy Skyline Tourbillon Skeleton. Read the full story on that HERE:
